Demo request privacy notice
This notice explains the information collected through REZIQ’s public demo request form. Dealership CRM records and customer communications are separate from website demo inquiries.
What the form collects
Your name, email, dealership name, team size, optional phone number, and optional notes. The request also records its submission time and an identifier that helps prevent duplicate submissions. Please do not include customer records, passwords, financial account details, or sensitive identity information.
How the request is used
The REZIQ management team can view your request to respond, arrange a product walkthrough, and discuss setup or subscription options. Submitting the form does not create a dealer account, charge you, or enroll you in automated marketing texts.
Where the information goes
Requests are stored in the REZIQ application database and are available to authorized REZIQ company management users. Hosting and database infrastructure process the information to operate the service. The form does not publish your details or send them to an advertising service.

To ask about access, correction, or deletion of a demo inquiry, submit a request here using the same email address and explain what you need in the notes. The team may need to verify that the request is yours before making changes.
